About Sellers

The Sellers are tourism professionals from the entire provinces in Indonesia, such as Tour Operators, Tourism Destinations, Government Tourism Offices, as well as other tourism supporting industries and tourism related services such as Banks, Travel Insurance Companies, Transportation Companies, Tourism Schools or Academies, IT Companies, Restaurants, Souvenir Shops, including Tourism Objects and Tourist Attraction in Indonesia.

About Sellers

Sellers Allocation

For this AJTM’s event held on 8 March 2023, we allocate with the following distribution based on category: 

  • 30% - Indonesian Tour Operators

  • 10% - Wholesalers

  • 30% - Accommodation (Villa / Resort / Hotel)

  • 10% - Indonesian tourism supporting industries such as; Banks, Transportation Companies, Tourism Schools, IT Companies, Restaurants, Souvenir Centers, as well as Government Agencies / Tourism Offices, Tourist Attractions / Tourist Attractions throughout Indonesia.

  • 15% - Tour Operators and Tourism Board or NTO from overseas.

  • 5% - Airline Companies

Sellers Participation, Facilitites, and Obligation

The maximum quota for this year's AJTM is of 60 slots (tables), with the policy of first come - first served is being applied. More information related to the Sellers AJTM 2022 registration packages, are listed down below:​

Package A

IDR 6,700,000.-

​

A type of purchase and participation of Sellers with accommodation, with the following facilities:

  • Participation as Sellers of AJTM 2023, valid for 1 (one) person, in which will be given 1 (one) ID Badge.

  • Facilities which include; 1 (one) exhibition table, 1 (one) chair for Sellers, and 2 (two) chairs for Buyers.

  • Registered Information such as; Company Name and Delegate Name, to be listed on the AJTM List of Sellers website page, as well as hyperlink to the company's website or social media.

  • 3 days 2 nights' accommodation for 1 (one) pax of sharing twin, including breakfast.

  • 2 times dinner ( a.) During Opening Ceremony and Farewell Dinner, or b.) Dinner Voucher ).

Supplement A

IDR 2,800,000.-

A supplement in which Sellers may purchase (max. 1 purchase) as a complementary of Package A, with the following additional facilities:

  • Additional participation as Sellers of AJTM, valid for 1 (one) person, in which will be given 1 (one) ID Badge.

  • Additional 1 (one) chair for Sellers.

  • Additional Registered Information to be listed on the AJTM List of Sellers.

  • Additional 3 days 2 nights' accommodation for 1 (one) pax of sharing twin, including breakfast.

  • Additional 2 times dinner ( a.) During Opening Ceremony and Farewell Dinner, or b.) Dinner Voucher ).

Single Supplement

IDR 1,000,000.-

A supplement in which Sellers may purchase (only once) for a single room of stay.​

Package B

IDR 4,700,000.-

​

A type of purchase and participation of Sellers without accommodation, with the following facilities:

  • Participation as Sellers of AJTM 2023, valid for 1 (one) person, in which will be given 1 (one) ID Badge.

  • Facilities which include; 1 (one) exhibition table, 1 (one) chair for Sellers, and 2 (two) chairs for Buyers.

  • Registered Information such as; Company Name and Delegate Name, to be listed on the AJTM List of Sellers website page, as well as hyperlink to the company's website.

  • 2 times dinner ( a.) During Opening Ceremony and Farewell Dinner, or b.) Dinner Voucher ).

Supplement B

IDR 1,800,000.-

A supplement in which Sellers may purchase (only once) as a complementary of Package B, with the following additional facilities:

  • Additional participation as Sellers of AJTM, valid for 1 (one) person, in which will be given 1 (one) ID Badge.

  • Additional 1 (one) chair for Sellers.

  • Additional Registered Information to be listed on the AJTM List of Sellers website page.

  • Additional 2 times dinner ( a.) During Opening Ceremony and Farewell Dinner, or b.) Dinner Voucher ).

Discount for Eligible Sellers

We would like to give appreciation for any Sellers who are eager to participate in this year's AJTM, should the Sellers either;

  • Have participated AJTM for 2 (two) times in a row, will be eligible for a 10% discount, or,

  • Have completed payment(s) before 31 August 2022, are eligible for a 10% discount.

Exhibitors (Indonesia / Overseas)

The committee is providing exhibition booths and reserved exclusively for tourism supporting industries and agencies. The referred supporting instances are such as;

  • Bank

  • Travel Insurance Company

  • Information Technology Company

  • Transportation Company

  • Airlines

  • Tourism Schools or Academies

  • Restaurants

  • Souvenir Shops

  • Government Tourism Offices

  • Tourism Object

  • Tourist Attraction Facilities or Destinations

​Booth will be located at the foyer of the convention hall. Booth and exhibition details are listed down below;

Booth & Stand

IDR 7,500,000.- per Stand

​

Limited slot, with the maximum quota of 5 booths, with the policy of first come - first served being applied.

  • Participations of Exhibitors of AJTM 2023 for 2 person(s), in which will be given up to 2 (two) ID Badge.

  • Booth with size of 2 x 2 meter square, which include 1 (one) table and 2 (two) chairs.
